Rania Tabbah was born in Damascus, one of the oldest regions of the world, where many ancient cultures and civilizations have flourished and thrived. Even though many of these civilizations have faded away, an astounding amount of their customs and day-to-day rituals have survived the test of time. Among these rituals are beauty and skin care practices which she has incorpated with breakthrough development in anti-wrinkle technology.

In her travels, Rania observed a dramatic differences in skin quality and texture between the women of both parts of the east and west. Both cultures were using the same modern beauty products marketed by giants from the west. So what was different and what were women of the Mediterranean doing that western women were not?

Was it genetics? Was it nutrition? Was it the environment? Was it a combination of all of the above?

These questions started Rania on her quest, 20 years ago, to unlock the secrets of skin beauty. She knew from the beginning that she had three important advantages over today’s massive skin care laboratories:

(3) Her access to significantly large focus groups from both cultures, enabling her to analyze their daily habits and correlate them with the environmental conditions in which they were living

Rania and her team knew the answers to all these questions but had to back up their claims with evidence in order to be honest with themselves and with the many women that are now benefiting from her findings. Her years of study have revealed that genetics does play an important role when in understanding skin quality. However, she also realized that those same genetic trends existed in both cultures just the same. With this in mind, Rania focused more on external factors such as nutrition and environment. A research and analysis of ancient skin beauty remedies and recipes are used in Rania's ICE formulation. At the same time, scientists and homeopathic doctors joined together in an effort to introduce the best of the past and the best of the future.
